Joseph has been in business, worked in insurance sales, taught in a tertiary institution, served as an itinerant pastor, employed as a manager in the corporate sector and is now in his chosen vocation as a coach.
He has been in the learning and organizational development space for more than twenty years and has worked in organizations including Forum Corporation, Wilson Learning, Nanyang Business School and Service Quality Centre as a facilitator, consultant and manager.
In his life and executive coaching work, Joseph focuses on helping individuals, couples and groups leverage on their strengths, talents and be aligned with their vision, values and priorities. He is also actively involved in working with leaders in non profit organizations on a voluntary basis and serves as a steward and care group leader in his local church.
Joseph is a Board Certified Coach and has spent more than ten years coaching and working with high potential managers, senior management executives, C level leaders in MNCs, NGOs, government ministries and statutory boards in the Asia Pacific region.
He is currently an associate coach with Centre for Creative Leadership and Coach in a box.
